Spring 2011 – EE pellets are perfect soil conditioners and mulch

March 20, 2011

The Franklin Register has a nice article about our pellets. We have discovered that our pellets have many more uses than just fuel. In fact,  they are a gardeners best friend! With Spring here we are all thinking about our gardens and the fresh air and sunshine. Well, Enviro Energy is thinking about that too:

“A brand new, grand new use has been discovered for the grass pellets manufactured at Enviro Energy by the Miller family gardeners: they make a wonderful, all natural, soil conditioner and mulch…”  continue here
Happy Spring everyone. Get out there and get some sunshine and and the weather.

February 2010 Wood Pellet Update

February 25, 2010

We have obtained another source of wood pellets to add to our line. Our customers that have stoves not compatible with grass pellets, have reported these as the “highest BTU, lowest ash, cleanest burning pellets” that they have used. We are selling these at $ 5.00 for a  40 lb. bag.

Don’t forget, we still have grass pellets at $ 4.50 and kiln-dried pine bedding at $ 5.00 a bag.

Fresh Pellets drop into the Finishing Machine

Enviro Energy LLC was featured in an article titled “Area homeowners turn to energy alternatives” in October 10th’s edition of the Daily Star.

‘Basically, we buy overgrown fields. We particularly like goldenrod. We buy this from the farmers,’ May Miller said. ‘It gives them a little niche market for crops they couldn’t sell before. They bring it right to us.’

The crops are then converted into grass pellets, which can be burned in pellet stoves. According to the Millers, the stoves are very “green” in addition to being cost-efficient…”

Enviro Energy Launchs Web Site!

July 29, 2008

We are please to announce that Enviro Energy LLC has launched their web site – www.enviroenergyny.com!

Our goal is to provide information about pellet fuel in general, and grass pellets in particular.

We believe that grass pellets create a new opportunity for farmers/landowners and homeowners. For the Farmer/Landowner, we are providing a viable market for severely weather damaged hay crops and hay crops that are not high quality enough for traditional uses. This allows our farmers to increase the use of their existing equipment, increase the sustainability of their land, and maintain their beautiful open spaces.

For the homeowner we are providing a new type of pellet fuel that is environmentally friendly, cost effective, and allows its consumers to support the ideas of maintaining open spaces, contributing to the local economies, reducing harmful emmissions, and lessening our dependance on fossil fuels.

We would love to hear your thoughts on this new fuel…the FUTURE of heat!
