A Merry Christmas and Healthy, Prosperous, and WARM New Year to all the folks who worked with us, this second year, in our quest to provide an alternative heating source from abandoned farmer’s fields.
We also want to remind folks that we are selling grass pellets right here at the mill, well under the price of wood pellets from retail stores. This year we are also selling kiln dried pine pellets for horse bedding and cat litter at the same low price. Some are buying these wood pellets for burning. Both have BTUs similar to hardwood pellets. Either pellets also makes a great bedding for those calf hutches.
For stoves that are not compatible with grass, we also now sell CURRAN pellets, manufactured in Northern NY. Our customers say they are the best wood pellet they have ever used.

Just wanted to let you all know that I’m sooooooo pleased with the pine pellets for the cats box. I haven’t smelled cat box since I started using. What a relief!!!!! I’m so impressed it’s not funny.
For a few days there, I didn’t think they were going to use it and thought I’d find a mess under a bed or some place else. I think they realized that it’s refreshing for them also.
When I come down I’m bringing back 10 bags if I can get in the car.
